Messaging gone?

[AC Question]

So, I was trying to disable an app on my Samsung SGH-T399, but I tapped the wrong one, and the wrong one was messaging... It force stopped. I tried to make the voice tool open it, but it said it "Couldn't find an app called 'Messaging', and now I don't know what to do. I could try to reset app preferences, but I don't know where to find it and if it deletes my contacts and messages and other data, or not...
Please help!
