My wife got a great EE(UK) deal with the G7 edge.
As it was bought online via a 3rd party it turns out the phone is an Italian model but we're in the UK.
When it arrived we unboxed and put in her giffgaff card to see if the phone worked. It did.
We then got the Pak code and made the transfer to keep the number. After about 48 hours her giffgaff sim stopped working so we took it out and put in the ee card.
Reboot the phone. No network. Then when I pull down the menu from the top of the screen, press the cog to get to the system menu the option for mobile network isn't even there.
Have done a full factory reset. No joy.
Anyone got any ideas.
