A couple months ago the infrared light on my samsung gear 2 neo wouldn't turn off and hasn't turned off since despite the fact that I have restarted and reset it multiple times. What's causing it to do this and how can I root the problem out? After research I feel like it could either be the recent update to android software or Google fit. However, nothing I have seen describes this problem.
