ASUS ZenPad S 8.0 issues

hi. has anyone else been having issues with this tablet? windows 10 doesn't recognize it when i plug in in via usb. It charges but doesn't see it has a separate drive. I have it set at usb debugging. Also it doesnt seem to play certain apps such as sonic transformed and it crashes ever cbr viewer i download. any suggestions? Thanks.
