Screen sensitivity on Galaxy S6

A

AC Question

I use my bluetooth headset with my Samsung Galaxy S6 a lot. When I have it in my pocket, and using the bluetooth the phone is activated. As it rubs around in my pocket it will launch applications, or the settings. Then all sorts of crazy things start happening. If I do anything to lock the screen I can't activate anything with the bluetooth. I've watched some videos on setting the screen sensitivity that say I need to dial in some code on the phone. At the end of the code is the pound (#) sign, and in the videos as soon as they push the # it launches a settings menu. My phone doesn't go to that screen.

How do I get to the setting that will let me change the screen sensitivity so I no longer pocket activate?
