I have a BLU vivo XL phone to which I have flashed the stock ROM using SP Flash Tool.
My sim card wasn't being recognized by the phone, and I noticed there was no longer an IMEI number assigned to my phone. There are two sim card slots, and I manually assigned the IMEI number for each slot using the apk, Mobileuncle Tools.
The sim still isn't working, but when I check Settings>About Phone>Status>IMEI information, the IMEI for slot 1 and slot 2 both have numbers assigned now, however, the IMEI SV(Slot 1) and IMEI SV(Slot2), (i dont know what it is) but they both still say "unknown".
I am guessing that I need to have both IMEI and IMEI SV numbers in order to use the sim card slots, but I don't know what to try next. I am getting frustrated, I want to use my phone as a phone
