Someone hacked my Google accts through my ph and is getting all my texts emails contacts ect

It's my ex he somehow got into my metro pcs accts which has allowed him to hack my Google accts emails texts ph calls fb I keep changing passwords but he's still able to get them?? What can I do I've been on ph with ph carrier and supposedly they set up safe gourds but he's still getting in

If you've changed your passwords then he shouldn't be able to get in... unless you're using really simple passwords. Even then, he'd have to guess them. If you have "proof-positive" he's attacking your privacy, you should call the police.
