I can't send or receive picture messages on my s7 after switching from iphone 5s

AC Question

I recently switched from an iPhone 5s to galaxy s7. I turned off my imessage and FaceTime in my settings. I still can't send or receive pictures in texts. I checked my settings on the s7 as well and everything looks like it should. I called my service provider and all they did was escalate my problem but still have not heard back from them.

Welcome to Android Central! First, are you certain that your mobile data is turned on? MMS requires mobile data, not voice signal or wi-fi.

Second, which carrier do you have, and did you get the phone directly from them? Or did you get it unlocked from some other source? If it wasn't directly from the carrier, make sure the APN settings are correct. What is an APN, and how do I change it? | Android Central
