Win10 pc is very slow when xferring file to tablet but WinXP pc works great. ??

My Sero Android tablet will not play nice with my Windows 10 PC but works great with my old XP computer! With Win10, files are very slow to move from PC to tablet and vice versa and I often get a message that says the tablet is not responding or is not available. With XP, it works perfectly, no problems. The Win10 PC has both USB 2 and 3 but both react the same way. Any thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the same cable on both computers?
