Today, for some reason, my Samsung Galaxy Note Edge (KitKat 4.4.4) decided to make feedback for whenever I scroll panels on my edge screen. I have 2 panels, briefing and favourite apps. So whenever I scroll to the briefing panel it speaks out "Briefing, panel 1 of 2", and when I scroll to favourite apps it speaks out "Favourite apps, panel 2 of 2".

I thought maybe the accessibility vision feature, talkback, had been partially enabled somehow (It was showing as disabled), so I enabled it and disabled it but that had no effect.

Also, In Accessibility > Vision > Text-to-speech options > Preferred TTS engine, using a different engine changes the voice that speaks out the current panel.

I searched through google and found no solution to this annoyance, so I hope someone can help me.
