Won't allow internet outside of using wifi

Since the most recent update I installed on my Galaxy S6...if my phone is not connected to WIFI it will not connect to the internet at all. I remember I had this issue when I first got the phone and went to "settings/mobile networks" and turned off the advanced connection option. So, I tried to do that again and that option no longer exists on the settings menu anywhere. Is there another way to get my phone to stop trying to connect to WIFI so I can just use my data?
