After making a full recharge of the battery, I used the phone and the load reached 71%. Then I hung up the phone , I removed the battery and reconnected after a few seconds on the device.

When turn on the phone, the battery charge jumped to 90 % . This left me confused.

Thus, this load change may indicate a defect in the battery in some device component or in system Android?

I'm thinking of going back to the original factory settings ...
Although it is the best option , I'm not sure if this will solve the problem ...

    Note.

I use a Galaxy Gran Prime Duos with Android 4.4.4 system

It may be nothing to worry about. I sometimes get false or 'stuck' readings, easily fixed by rebooting.
