if im liable for activity on my device and network yet i cant control my device or network ie sprint or any other company how can i or anyone else be held liable in court or in any forum of a digital crime??? if the device is on a lease and the contract states you are liable for whatever happens from your device yet no ability to stop a so called system app or something on the internet or the carrier intranet then the contract is void and no one legally has to pay the bills. if this is not the case then why are the carrier companies offering discounts to stay with them. and people are not paying the phone bill any more.
