Hello. I have a simple question.
A customer has come in with an old LG P920 phone, which she is locked out of.
The phone tells us that the pattern unlock has been tried too many times,
and prompts a google account log in. I was wondering if it is at all possible to recover the photos and videos stored on this phone without logging in to the google account.
The customer has tried every google account she knows is in her posession and cannot unlock it.
The reason I have hope for this is that a similiar case happened where i was able to connect an otg drive and access the settings on a Samsung which allowed me to connect the phone using MTProtocol to transfer data on it. Are there similar solutions for this?
