can't remember back up pin, don't want to factory reset....any ideas?

using fingerprint lock, didn't work and I don't remember back up pin....

You could try using Android Device Manager and change the password. It has worked for some people, but not all. If you can't get it to work and you don't remember your pin, then a factory reset is the only thing you can do.
