I have 2 unusable phones. One is water damaged and the other, I can't verify the google account. Now I'm on eBay looking for at least a used or refurbished phone. I saw the below statement on a listing:

The phone is for Tmobile. The phone is not unlocked.

What does this mean? I don't wanna end up with a third paperweight. I have Tmobile so that's not an issue. Does that mean I'll be in the same predicament with the phone I can't verify my google account?

From what I see it seems like I'm stuck on the Google thing. I have a SIM from an old phone since I got the S6 which is the water damaged phone. Thanks for responding. I'll probably get the phone. it's an LG G3. I don't want another phone where the back does not come off
