    i started to have issues after the last update on my glaxy s5 neo. All my new music and streaming has come back with a play back error. It was around the same time when google did its update for the google play music. My old music seems to be ok though along with the music on my android tablet.

    After contacting google and did all of the trouble shooting step still did not correct the errors given. I even took off my account and re added it to my phone. I also took off the updated and reinstalled it. After this i cleared the cash and data.. after that i sent it to the repairs shop.

    if anyone has any more pointers please help.

    Did you try Uninstall Updates for that app?

    yes actually i have. I even took out my google account and re added it.

    What'll the repair shop do if it's app related? Did they say something that gave an indication they can fix it? Right now, if you read the forums, there are a ton of Google related problems being reported. I've never seen so many, so I'm not surprised you're experiencing something going on.

    Well personally I think they didn't want to deal with a unhappy customer wanting a refund... but i did it to seeing if I had issues with my mother board... or any other software or hardware issues. All of thathe has now been delt with. 3 weeks of no music and they are wanting money. Ha... yeah right...

    Also Google support isn't helpful they told me to send my phone in to the manufacturer for the second time,

    There a millions of phones using Google something-or-other. Google support will be nix for most issues. No surprise there either.
