Why does my phone freeze on the carrier screen on startup?

Hello everyone, thank you for your help and time. Well, for the past two days every time I turn my phone on and it freezes on the U.S. Cellular screen. I've tried many different things to fix it, but none of them have worked. I would love any tips and information! Thanks!
