what is www.thorlior.pw, a message from which has just popped up on my Samsung S5?

A

AC Question

Looking at a post from WebMD, a message sent by thorlior.pw appeared on my screen - "Your battery is heavily damaged!", then something about it having overused the battery without sufficient recharge. According to this, I need to repair it immediately to avoid further damage. The message, despite the email address, is purportedly from google. Googling thorlior.pw brought up a list of very recent viruses, of which this seems to be one.

what should I do?

Whatever you do, never touch anything within the message! Just hit home or back button and get out of the browser, then go back into it again. If the popup persists, an adblocker may be the way to go. I have adguard, seems to work well.... Good luck
