Today I went to the beach and i took my Samsung Galaxy s6 to take pictures. Suddenly, my phone just turned off and a blue light is flashing. I tried the method of holding the volume, home and power buttons together but it does not work. A green warning sign appears for like 2 seconds and turns off, so i can't even read it.

    Can anyone please help?

Is the problem that you cannot turn off the blue notification light?
Or, is the problem that you cannot get into the phone?

Flashing blue light usually means a missed message.
Try to press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, see if the device will reboot.
If the device turns off, then try to power on.
