My Galaxy S6 (Sprint) is stuck on "LTE Plus" Screen.

I woke up to my phone like this this morning, so I am unable to say when exactly this started. I have no custom firmware or software installed and OS is Marshmallow (cannot remember which version). All soft reboot attempts just take me back to the same screen. Please help me!

I have an LG G5 with the same issue, also Sprint.
Mine happened when I tried to access facebook by my notifications screen.
I cannot get my phone out of this screen; even holding the power button forever doesn't work.
