bluetooth off after restart

Samsung Galaxy S4. After restart, Bluetooth is always off. How do I make it start with Bluetooth on?

As far as to my knowledge, it is not possible. I quickly browsed some apps and didn't see any that would help with your issue. Do you have a widget or a quick toggles set up so you can quickly toggle BT on? That's the best tip I can give you bud.
