So my Moto X play stopped charging the other day, with the Motorola turbo charger plugged in it would only stay at 1% battery. When I did unplug it the phone died immediately.
When I plugged it back in a white LED lit up top middle of the phone but it would not turn on. If I hold power and vol down I get the boot options. If I select factory mode the phone turns on normally and sits at 1% battery until unplugged. If I select any other option (including recovery mode) the phone shuts down and the white LED lights up again.
I have tried doing a factory reset from factory mode, but the phone turns off, white LED reappeared and stays the same.
The phone is six months old but Motorola wont fix it without charging me ~200$ for a few cracks in the screen.
Nothing but problems with this phone, would not recommend to anyone, but I can't afford another one so any advice would be appreciated.
