    Okay so I have seen a similar problem to this several times but none seem to be the same as this. A message keeps coming up saying "unfortunately [app] has stopped working". That app is usually facebook but has been avg and messenger, pretty much all the apps. I factory reset my phone but that doesn't help. I can't log into fb as it keeps freezing and then this message pops up. I have tried 'clearing the cache of the problematic app' as so many people have sugested but it doesn't do anything, also due to a different app popping up each time (mostly) this is tiresome, frustrating and I don't believe thats the problem. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    What type of phone do you have? Sounds like you may want to flash the firmware to the device if possible.
