    When I try to access gallery I get an error message 'unfortunately cloud agent has stopped' on my Samsung Galaxy ace 3. Gallery immediately closes again. I have tried force stopping cloud agent and clearing cache and restarting. I have tried turning it off, moving the battery and restarting it but that did not solve the problem. I signed out of Dropbox and signed back in, can anyone help solve this error?

    I tried everything everyone's suggested, finally GO TO DROP BOX APP
    UNINSTALL DROP BOX
    THE UPDATE WILL UNINSTALL FIRST
    FINALLY CLOUD AGENT STOPPED BOX GONE!!!

    This happened with the Update of Samsung Knox Security. It has nothing to do with Dropbox or Gallery. Here's the fix
    1) Go to Application Manager under ALL look for com.sec.enterprise.knox... and com.sec.knox eventsmanager and do a FORCE Stop.
    2) Also under DOWNLOADED goto Security Policy Updates and do a FORCE STOP to stop the irritating notification "An application has been forced to stop for an unauthorized attempt to access system in your device" that appears for no reason.
