I have wifi connection but can't access to Internet

[AC Question]

I have HTC 620G. I got some issues with my internet connection but it's just about distance i think. Anyway, while i was trying to fix it, i reset my dns settings (not from modem interface but my pc) Now i'm connected to wifi but i cant reach to internet, sometimes i can but it goes immediately. I did dns settings as before (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4) from both my pc and modem interface but i still cant reach internet. what should i do? (sorry for bad england)

I have also found info on doing a "hard reset" can help.
This is powering it down, pull the battery,wait a few minutes, reinstall battery and power on.
It can fix nagging issues like this.

Resetting the modem might also help.
