Can't add bigpond email to new Samsung s7

[AC Question]

I've followed all the instructions from the forums and telstra advice pages which are all the same but my emails are still not coming through. It says my email address up the top when I click on the icon but there are no sent or received emails in any of my folders. Please someone tell me what I'm doing wrong!
