I found a ZTE Grand Max Duos being sold be TracPhone for use on their CDMA part of the network. Can the radios in this phone be flashed to the Sprint frequencies so that I can use it on the Sprint network ??

The CDMA frequencies are the same. No flashing of that is necessary.

Where you run into issues with CDMA carriers, is that the phones are authorized by a sort of master database. Only phones made for Sprint can be activated on Sprint because Sprint has that ESN in their database. Same with Verizon. Even though TracPhone uses Verizon as it's backbone, you still can't take that tracphone and activate it on Verizon proper either.

The CDMA frequencies between Verizon and Sprint are not the same. I don't know where you got that info.
