I have a HTC One A9 with android version 6.0.1. I bought a 16gb SanDisk microsd and put it in the card slot on my phone as I went to the Storage & USB settings there should be 2 devices but only the phone's internal storage is shown.
The microsd that I bought is working fine when I put it in another phone. I tried installing apps that can read sd card in the same HTC phone and tried to read the 16gb microsd inside the phone and it read it easily. TL;DR, my problem is that my phone can read the microsd but don't show it in the Storage & USB settings.
