Why won't my GS6 edge fast charge anymore?

Recently I've noticed that my phone won't fast charge, it's been an on and off thing for the past week but today it just decided to quit fast charging. I changed the USB cable, restarted my phone, changed outlets, checked my settings, and still won't charge. Cable charging also doesn't work because it still drains battery just a little slower

Welcome to Android Central! You changed your cable, but did you try a new fast-charging plug? The plug itself might have failed.
