Welcome to the forums! Once you reboot, at least on my phone, you are out of it. Can you tell us the steps you have gone through?

I have rebooted it, powered it off, factory reset, I've taken the battery out and every time it turns on, it says android system recovery

Hmmm..let me see if anyone is around that might have more knowledge. There might not be anyone around this late, but if not I'll leave them a message.

    Hey!

Something tells me that the actual OS on your device may be corrupted. Have you done anything to the device before this had occurred?

I don't know what that means. But no the phone has only been used about a week and it's been off since. When I turned it on it was on the recovery mode screen. It's in brand new condition.

    Brand new or mint condition?

Hmm, that's weird. Have you seen what you can do in the recovery?

If it's possible, do a cache wipe. I'm not so sure if this might help, but maybe give it a shot? It doesn't harm your stored data. Just clears off cached data.

I don't have any stored data. It's a new phone. And I've wiped the cache. And did a factory reset, but the screen just doesn't go away I do not know how to exit it

Hmm, you might have to reinstall the actual OS itself.

However, even though I have done so on multiple Qualcomm and Exynos-powered devices, I'm not sure about the process on a BLU device, let alone a MediaTek device.

I'll see if someone more experienced can help out.

D13H4RD2L1V3 might have some more advice for you that might fix it.

Me personally, that new, I would return it and get a new one.

Me.. I would box everything back up, take my paperwork, tell them there is a problem and you want to switch it out for a new phone. With the same model you have usually 14 days. Of you decide you want a different phone all together, they may charge you restock fee.

    I agree with Kelly.

I can ask some guys to help out if you want, but really, since it's a week old, it's probably best if you box everything up and send it back for an exchange.
