My Huawei phone keeps restarting

A

AC Question

My phone keeps restarting every 30-40 seconds. I managed to clear cache files, but it didn't chance anything. I started my phone in safe mode, and looked for suspicious apps - nothing. And even though I was in safe mode, my phone restarted anyway.
EVERY time I tap into the menu, this Android logo pops up, where it says LocationServices. Then my phone starts to lack, and the battery gets very hot.
I´ve also tried to start the phone without SIM-card, and then without SD-card.
Nothing has helped - so far!
Please help me!! I have so many pictures on my phone, of my wife and kids, and would hate to loose them all - restoring the phone, is my last resort.

Sadly this is probably a hardware defect.
Try cooling the phone down by wrapping it in a plastic bag and placing it in the freezer for 30 minutes (it may need more time to cool down)
Boot the phone while still cold to see if it will start.

Are your pics stored to any cloud service?
