Recently I had some problems with my cellphone, so I had to perform a hard (factory) reset. Before doing so, I did a user data backup on my microSD card, so I would keep my music/pictures etc.
The problem is, when i fixed my phone and put in the microSD, all the files that I had were saved into a 3.3GB file that I couldn't open on my phone or laptop.
Here's how it looks on my laptop:
I downloaded several "Backup File Openers", extractors, etc. but none helped.
Did anyone else have any problems with this, I really need help?
