Screen light up (wake up) is delayed or non responding.

When the screen has been locked for more than a few minutes it takes 4-6 seconds for it to light up. I am using LG K350N (LG K8 LTE) and I have contacted the LG support but they told me to call Arab phone support line because that is where this phone is marketed. I bought this phone in my home country and I don't know where I could turn for help. The problem is not really big, but it is annoying when you want to check what time it is and you need to click the light up button not knowing when it will work.
