Constant notification noise and vibration.

[AC Question]

Last night I set up my phone to a 3rd party watch. Got it working and then this morning took all the apps I installed back off and reattached my pebble watch. Before I even reattached my watch my Samsung Galaxy 7 edge. Makes a notification noise and vibrates about every 10-20 seconds. It's driving me mad. I have ensured the NFC is off and restarted the phone twice. Everything seems to be wirking but this stupid noise and vibration. Help!!!

My HTC 10 does the same thing. It started after the phone suddenly did a re-set which wiped all the data from the phone. I have tried turning off the Notifications on anything I think might be the culprit.
