Samsung Galaxy Note 4 not fast charging and battery draining so fast .

Hi ,

I use Samsung Galaxy Note 4 . Suddenly from yesterday , My fast charging doesn't work and it takes hours and hours to charge my cell phone .
Also , My battery drains real quickly .

What might be the problem ? Any ways to fix this ?

I don't know if you found a solution, but after going to two different Sprint stores, I finally went to a Samsung Customer Service store. They tested the charging port, my original fast charger, etc., but found nothing wrong. Finally, I suggested they test the battery. It failed. I now have a new battery and it's fast charging again (yay!). I was also advised not to let the phone charge overnight, as they have a tendency to overcharge, killing the battery.
