I deleted android os and all roms!! PLEASE HELP!

So I have a new oneplus 3. I rooted it, installed TWRP and flashed cyanogen mod. I couldn't receive incoming calls so I figured that should factory reset using TWRP. I messed up and deleted all files, including the internal storage. My phone can no longer boot and it isn't being detected by my pc as a hard drive. It isn't being detected as an adb device either. I just need a way to send a oneplus 3- compatible ROM to the device so I can flash it using TWRP. PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I GET CRUCIFIED!!

Full and Clean flash using Recovery ROM from Recovery mode - MIUI General - Xiaomi MIUI Official Forum

Try to do this, I've done exactly the same as you, in my OP3, and restored like this...
You can also enter in the recovery and try do sideload...

If this doesn't work, reinstall the drivers and the adb. If you have the last TWRP you should be able to access the internal storage from the computer
