Phone doesn't connect to wifi. It shows saved and secured

I bought a new phone that's the Lenovo k4 note vibe. It used to connect to my wifi initially and then one day it just stopped and wouldn't connect whatsoever . I tried all d possible things and even the wifi service provider. A friend of mine who has the Lenovo k4 note too doesn't connect to my wifi. Both our phones connect to every other wifi. What is the problem. Even the wifi service provider couldn't solve it please help
