My touch screen is constantly unresponsive, and reading up online it was suggested I do a hard reset of my tablet. Only information I can give at this time is that it's an Asus tablet, I cannot access system information to give any other information.

I managed to get to the boot menu or whatever it's called and choose "recovery" as suggested elsewhere, but when my tablet boots back up, it becomes stuck on a "no command" screen, with the green Android robot resting and a red warning sign.

I held the power button down and turned it on again, and it gave me the same screen. I waited a couple minutes and I guess it turned itself off, and when I went to turn it back on, it turned on normally. Any sort of help would be great.

From the No Command screen, press and hold Power, then press Volume Up once. Release both buttons. Proceed from there.
Any problems, get back to us.
