unfortunately print spooler has stopped

Hello All,

I have done a search on this error message only to find that this problem has been going on for years. Does anybody have a work around?

I have a Samsung Tab Pro 10.1 running Android 4.4.2. This is the latest release that Samsung supports on this device. We are still waiting for Lollipop, but I don't think it is coming.

I did try to install an older version of Google Cloud Print, but I got the same problem.

Can anyone help?

I am getting the same message about the print spoiler stopping!!! I went through the steps: Menu-Application Manager-Tap the icon you want to repair-Tap to clear
But I don't know which print option to select.
Therefore if I can't copy and paste to my Word Documents, I just use my laptop
