Keeps saying need to turn off Screen overlay from system settings .Can set APP setting

i found the solution. just click on go to settings and look at your apps that already have screen overlay permission. one app is preventing other apps to change permission.my app was assistive touch app which gives apple like assist button.once i turned screenoverlay permission everythnh was fine.easy as that. so you have to identify your problematic app.just start with new apps which have some sort of onscreen or background action.turn off one by one and check issue is solved!

Is there any way I can tell my phone to stop caring about screen overlays? If it always has to be off for *anything* to function, why have it? I *constantly* have to switch back in forth because the apps that need to do it actually need to do it, which renders every other app useless. The is frustrating and constant annoyance.
