Most likely, it's not "deleting" the emails from your home computer, it's just deleting them from the server, which causes them to not show up when you log into Bell.Net's email portal from your home PC. Some email apps have an option for "Leave Messages on Server After Read", or something to that effect. Make sure that's turned on.
I have also seen apps where the setting is worded as "Remove messages from server after read". In this case, you would want the setting to be "off", so make sure you are setting the value correctly so that messages will be left on the server.
