Unable to use hotel Wi-Fi

[AC Question]

Cant use hotel wi-fi

It says "connected," but then it tries to go to www.google.com, and then says "does not respond." Then it throws me off.

Since it goes to the WRONG URL, I cant log on to the hotel Wi-Fi.
How do I force it to go to the right URL for the hotel I am staying at?

Or if it would at least let ME go to the proper URL - - -

Try turning your data off, you may be getting a conflict.
A number of hotels got bagged for blocking device data connections in an attempt to force you to use there network but if you payed for the service, make them trouble shoot the issue.
Or Google could just be down.
