How to get out of FASTBOOT& RESCUE MODE on my Huawei Y550?

[AC Question]

My phone into this fastboot and rescue mode after coming off a flight. I have tried:

-connecting the usb cable to the computer and nothing happened.
- holding down power and volume button for about 10 seconds then it tells me to "

"check sd update pkg is exist...make sure usb cable has been inserted" (it has) "usb update starting", but doesn't do anything.

I have tried downloading HiSuite by Huawei and EMUI for my phone (Y550), but my pc can't read the downloaded files.

Please can you advise?

Hi, can you tell us what happens to your phone when you turn it on - does it boot up then shut down, does it get stuck in a loop cycle?
