hi, I've recently been practically forced by my s5 phone to update its system, which i did. It took a little while and when I restarted it, I noticed some of the icons (like the apps icon) had changed slightly, but what horrified me is that several game apps appeared in it too!
There were for example Mobile strike, amazon, candy crush and some betting apps which i instantly disinstalled:
I instantly scanned my phone with eset, it found nothing, not even a single malware.

Is thid normal? is android even authorized to do such things?

Hi, are you sure they were apps and not just short cuts? Android isn't to blame, it's Samsung and it's called bloatware.
