My android tablet won't turn on after software update

I use Alcatel One Touch pixi 3 (8) and yesterday I tried to update it with Mobile Upgrade S (app for pc that Alcatel made for their devices), but it was taking too much time and nothing was happening, so i canceled the process. Now it won't turn on, I tried charging it, but it didn't work, when I try to do factory data reset by holding the power an volume button, nothing happens, then I tried to repeat the upgrade process once again and this time it worked, but it still won't turn on. On their troubleshoot page I found that the device, if not fully charged won't boot again, and that i should send it to them to fix it. How can Ifix it without sending it?
