Its obviously some sort of Malware. Some may argue with me, but I would suggest you do a full factory reset, and restore as new. Alternatively, if you can find the uninstall option, try that or you can try downloading Malwarebytes from the play store, and see if it can find and eliminate the problem.

If it were me, I'd do the restore.
