Why am I getting a false "unable to connect to network" message on start up?

I have a Samsung S6. After I did a software update, I get this message on start up "Unable to connect to network, check connection setting and try again" But my phone still connects to wifi and I'm still able to get to the internet on my mobile network. Everything seems to be working properly, but not sure why I keep getting this message on start up. Any thoughts???
