I am having Relaince jio mobile 4g.It is 4g but the download speed was below (50kb/s)

Reliance jio 4g wind 1 .In speed test.com in have tested my download speed its was 23.71 Mbps ping was 113 upload speed was 8.11.

but when i downloaded the file from browser its speed was below (50kb/s)
then that download indicates that duration 3days for 1gb

plzzzzz help me!!!

Try to download from another source like the Google Play store and check on the speed. It might be that the source website is very slow
