Samsung Galaxy Light SGH T399 endless boot.

when you turn on the phone it says per usual "Samsung Galaxy Light SGH T399" then shut off after 3 seconds, it does that forever and ever. I can't access recovery with the volume up+power and home buttons combinations (tried it 57 times already) but the volume down + the 2 others work because it goes to Odin mode. I tried all the available firmwares and twrp for this specific model through Odin but despite getting "pass" it is still locked on that endless boot.

Get the Samsung Smart Switch desktop application.

There is a device initialization tool that you have to trigger manually under "more". Follow the instructions carefully and the device initialization tool will completely erase the device and rewrite the firmware, hopefully restoring device functionality.
